The Reality
If you’ve outgrown your old advisor, you already know.
These are the situations we help Greenwich customers solve every week.
- →Your portfolio is bigger than the broker who set it up 15 years ago can keep up with
- →You can’t get a real answer about whether you’re actually on track to retire
- →Your “advisor” is selling proprietary mutual funds with hidden share-class fees
- →You’re inheriting wealth and don’t know how to integrate it without triggering a tax event
- →You’re a business owner approaching exit and your CPA, attorney, and advisor don’t talk to each other
Our Services
What we deliver.

Service · 01
Comprehensive Financial Planning
Goals-based plans built around your actual life — retirement, education, real estate, philanthropy, business succession. Annual plan refresh with what’s changed, what’s on track, and what we’re moving on this year. Plans you actually use, not a binder on a shelf.

Service · 02
Investment Management & Portfolio Design
Custom portfolio construction across taxable, retirement, and trust accounts using a mix of low-cost index funds, factor-tilted ETFs, individual bonds, and selective alternatives. Tax-loss harvesting and rebalancing are systematic, not opportunistic.

Service · 03
Retirement & Estate Planning
Withdrawal sequencing across taxable, tax-deferred, and Roth accounts. Roth conversion strategies in low-income gap years. Estate-tax mitigation through trusts, gifting strategies, and charitable structures. We work directly with your estate attorney — not in parallel and behind.

Service · 04
Tax-Aware Strategies for Business Owners
Cash-balance and defined-benefit plans, QSBS planning for tech and biotech founders, qualified opportunity zones, and exit-planning around 1202, 1031, and installment sale structures. We coordinate with your CPA and M&A counsel as a single team.
The Difference
Why families fire their broker and call us.
Fiduciary Standard, Not Suitability
We’re a fee-only registered investment advisor — fiduciary across every account, every recommendation, every day. We don’t take commissions, we don’t sell proprietary funds, and we don’t take payments from fund families. Conflict-of-interest disclosure is part of our quarterly review.
Senior Advisors, Not Junior Reps
Every household relationship is led by a senior advisor with 12+ years in the field. You don’t get rotated through an associate program. Your advisor knows your family, your business, your kids’ college plans, and your Roth conversion strategy by heart.
Real Communication
Quarterly portfolio reviews via video or in-office, semi-annual planning reviews, ad-hoc calls anytime something changes — promotion, business sale, inheritance, market panic. Most clients hear from us 6–12 times a year, not just at tax time.
Coordinated With Your Other Pros
Estate attorney, CPA, business attorney, insurance agent — we put them on a shared distribution and coordinate quarterly. The reason rich families look organized is they have one team, not four siloed providers. We make ours yours.
Common Questions
You probably want to know.
What’s the minimum to work with you?+
Our typical client relationship has $1.5M+ in investable assets, but we make exceptions for families who are early in wealth accumulation but on a clear trajectory (younger executives, equity-compensated tech employees, business owners pre-exit). We’re honest at consult about whether the fit makes sense for both sides.
How are you compensated?+
Fee-only — a percentage of assets under management, tiered down at scale. Typical client pays 0.65–0.95% blended. No commissions, no product sales, no AUM kickbacks from fund families. Financial planning fees are bundled into the AUM relationship; standalone planning is available at a flat fee.
What about taxes? Do you do my return?+
We don’t prepare returns ourselves, but we work hand-in-hand with your CPA (or recommend one we know well). Investment decisions, Roth conversions, charitable strategies, and capital-gain timing are coordinated with your CPA before they happen — not reported on after.
What happens if my advisor leaves the firm?+
Our senior advisor team has been intact since 2014 — turnover is very low. If a senior advisor does retire or leave, we transition you in advance with overlap meetings to your new lead, with all account history, planning notes, and family preferences preserved. The relationship doesn’t restart.
What does the discovery conversation involve?+
Free 60-minute conversation, in-office or video. We learn about your family, your goals, what’s working and what isn’t with your current setup. You learn how we work, our credentials, and our fee. No proposal at the first meeting — that comes after we’ve seen actual statements and tax returns.
Get a second opinion you can trust.
Free 60-minute discovery conversation. NDA available before the meeting on request. We’ll tell you straight up at the end whether we think we’d add real value or whether you’re already in good hands.
