The Reality
If a fire marshal walked your building today…
These are the situations we help Cincinnati customers solve every week.
- →Your last annual inspection report has yellow tags you’ve never followed up on
- →The fire panel is from 1998 and the manufacturer no longer makes parts
- →You added a tenant build-out and nobody updated the device map
- →Your monitoring contract expires next month and your current provider can’t prove UL listing
- →The voice-evac speakers in the lobby haven’t been tested in three years

The Difference
Why facility teams call us.
NICET-Certified Designers
Every design is stamped by an in-house NICET Level III designer. The fire marshal sees a clean submittal the first time — not a four-revision back-and-forth that holds up your CO.
Code Is Not Negotiable
We don’t cut corners on NFPA-72, NFPA-101, or local AHJ amendments to hit a price point. Every device count, every spacing, every survivability requirement done right the first time.
Your Annual Inspection is Calendar-Driven
Once you’re on inspection contract, we own the calendar. We schedule, perform, file with the AHJ, and remind you of due dates. You never miss a deadline because we forgot.
Single Point of Service
Design, install, inspect, monitor — all under one license. When the panel goes into trouble at 11pm, our on-call tech rolls within an hour, not three days from a vendor in another state.
Common Questions
You probably want to know.
How much does a fire alarm system cost?+
Mid-size commercial buildings (40K–150K sq ft) typically run $35K–$180K depending on device count, voice-evac scope, and integration with sprinkler/smoke-control. We provide stamped engineering drawings and a fixed-price proposal after a free site survey.
How often does the system need to be inspected?+
NFPA-72 requires annual testing of every initiating and notification device, plus sensitivity testing for smoke detectors every two years. Quarterly visual inspections are required for sprinkler waterflow integrations. We bundle all of it into a single annual contract.
Can you take over an existing system?+
Yes. We routinely take over Notifier, Edwards/EST, Simplex, Honeywell, and Mircom panels from prior providers. Free transition assessment, including a code-compliance review of the existing install. Most takeovers don’t require panel replacement.
What happens if the system goes into trouble?+
Trouble signals come into our UL-listed central station 24/7. We notify your designated contact within 15 minutes and dispatch a service tech for any condition that affects life-safety operation. Most trouble events are resolved on-site within 4 business hours.
Code compliance shouldn’t be a guessing game.
Free site survey, NFPA-72 compliance review, and a fixed-price proposal. Annual inspection contracts available with first inspection complimentary.
