Small-Group Strength
Six members per coach, programmed weekly. Compound lifts, accessory work, and recovery — all coached on every rep. The accountability of a class with the attention of personal training.

Private sessions with a NASM- or CSCS-certified coach. Movement screen, custom programming, and nutrition framework built around your goals and your schedule.

Metabolic Conditioning
Heart-rate-monitored conditioning classes — sled, rower, ski erg, kettlebell. Programmed in zones so you train the right energy system, not just hard for hard’s sake.

I’m completely out of shape. Will I keep up?+
Yes — every workout has scaling options, and your coach picks them with you. Most members start with 2 sessions a week and build from there. We meet you where you are.
How much does membership cost?+
Small-group strength is $199–$279/month for 2–3x weekly. Personal coaching runs $90–$140/session in packages. Free intro session and movement screen — no obligation, no “sign here today” pressure.
Do you do nutrition or just training?+
Both. Most members add the nutrition program after a few months — habit coaching, weekly check-ins, and body composition tracking. It’s included with our top-tier membership and available a la carte.
What if I’m injured or recovering from surgery?+
Talk to us first. Several of our coaches have post-rehab certifications and we work with local PTs to bridge you back to full training. We don’t just hand you a band and call it a workout.
