The Reality
If you’re the family making this decision, you know.
These are the situations we help Tucson customers solve every week.
- →Mom fell last week and the hospital is asking what your plan is at discharge
- →You drive across town three times a day and your own work is suffering
- →The last agency sent a different stranger every shift and dad got combative
- →You don’t know whether mom needs a companion or a real nurse
- →You can’t reach anyone after 5pm at the agency you’re currently using
Our Services
What we do.

Service · 01
Non-Medical Companion & Home Care
Daily living assistance — meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, medication reminders (not administration), and companionship. Hourly visits from 2 hours up to live-in 24/7. Same caregiver consistently — relationship is the entire model.

Service · 02
Skilled Nursing & Medication Management
RN and LPN visits for medication administration, wound care, post-surgical care, IV therapy, and chronic-condition management. Care plans authored by RN, reviewed monthly, and updated when needs change. Medicare-eligible skilled care available with a doctor’s order.

Service · 03
Post-Hospital Discharge Support
30-day post-discharge programs to reduce readmission risk. RN visit within 24 hours of discharge, daily check-ins for the first week, transportation to follow-up appointments, and direct communication with the discharging physician’s office. Most discharge plans handed to us by the hospital social worker.

Service · 04
Memory Care & Dementia Support
Specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and cognitive decline. Caregivers trained in CARES Dementia Specialist methodology, structured-routine programming, and de-escalation techniques. Family education and respite care so primary caregivers don’t burn out.
The Difference
Why Tucson families trust us with their parents.
Same Caregiver, Always
Once we match a caregiver to your family, that’s your caregiver. Substitutes only when your regular is on vacation or sick, and we always tell you in advance and introduce the relief caregiver before the shift. Consistency is dignity.
RN-Led Care Plans
Every client has a written care plan authored by our Director of Care (an RN with 22 years experience), reviewed in person every 30 days, and updated whenever needs change. Caregivers follow the plan, document daily, and escalate concerns up the chain — not to a 1-800 number.
W-2 Bonded Caregivers, Not Gig Workers
Every caregiver is a W-2 employee — background-checked, drug-tested, fingerprinted, bonded, and continuously trained. We don’t use 1099 contractors or app-dispatched gig workers. The person in your parent’s home is supervised, accountable, and stable.
Real 24/7 On-Call
Our on-call line goes to a real care manager 24/7/365 — not a voicemail and not a generic call center. When something happens at 2am, you reach someone who knows your parent’s case in under 90 seconds. That’s the difference.
Common Questions
You probably want to know.
How much does in-home care cost?+
Non-medical companion care: $32–$42 per hour depending on hours and acuity. Skilled nursing visits: $135–$185 per visit. Live-in 24/7 care: $385–$520 per day depending on care needs. Long-term care insurance, VA Aid & Attendance benefits, and Medicaid waivers accepted; we help interpret coverage at consult.
How do you match caregivers?+
We interview you and your loved one (in-person), assess care needs, personality preferences, language, faith, hobbies, and family dynamics. Then we match from our team based on that profile. If the first match isn’t right, we re-match — your loved one shouldn’t have to live with a stranger they don’t connect with.
Can you start quickly after a hospital discharge?+
Yes — we routinely start care within 24–48 hours of discharge. We coordinate directly with the hospital social worker, review the discharge plan, and have an RN on-site at home within the first 24 hours. Most discharge cases start before the family has finished signing the paperwork.
What about insurance and Medicare?+
Skilled nursing visits ordered by a physician for a covered need are billable to Medicare. Non-medical companion care is generally not covered by Medicare. Long-term care insurance, VA Aid & Attendance, and Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) all cover non-medical care for eligible clients. We bill direct when possible.
What if my parent doesn’t want help?+
This is the most common challenge. We start with a “friendly visit” introduction rather than a full care shift — caregiver brings coffee, sits and chats, helps with one small task. Most resistant clients are accepting full care within 2–3 weeks. We coach families through this transition.
