One-Day Install
We don’t live in your living room. Furniture, accessories, and styling all arrive together for a one-day reveal install. You wake up to a finished house.

How are you paid — flat fee or commission?+
Both, transparently. Design time is billed at a flat hourly rate or fixed-fee per project. Furniture and product is billed at our trade discount, marked up 10% (industry standard is 20–35%). You see every invoice from every vendor — no hidden margin.
How long does a whole-house project take?+
Design phase: 6–10 weeks (concepting, sourcing, presentations, revisions). Procurement and lead times: 12–20 weeks (custom furniture is the long pole). Install: one day. Total from kickoff to reveal: typically 5–7 months.
Can I keep some of my existing furniture?+
Yes — and we encourage it. The pieces with sentimental or quality value get reupholstered, repurposed, or carefully placed. Inventory walk-through is part of every kickoff. Nothing good gets thrown away.
Do you take small one-room projects?+
Yes. Single-room refreshes (living room, primary bedroom, dining) are 25% of our work. Smaller scope, shorter timeline (8–12 weeks), same process.
