How is the price calculated?+
Volume-based — quarter truck ($179), half truck ($289), three-quarter truck ($419), full truck ($529) for typical mixed household items. Heavy items (concrete, dirt, large appliances) carry small upcharges quoted upfront. We confirm pricing in writing before we start loading.
Same-day really? How does that work?+
If you call before noon, we can usually get you a same-day slot. We hold a 2pm and 4pm slot daily for same-day calls. After noon we’re booking next-day. Saturday slots fill 1–2 weeks out in peak moving season.
What can’t you take?+
We can’t take hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, asbestos, motor oil, propane tanks, medical waste). For those we refer to local hazmat-disposal providers we trust. Everything else — yes, including refrigerators, mattresses, electronics, tires, and pianos.
Do you do estate clearances?+
Yes — and sensitively. We work directly with executors, realtors, and family members. We separate items for keep/donate/dispose with you on-site, photograph anything before disposal at your request, and provide a written manifest of where donated items went. Common engagement size: 1–3 truckloads over a weekend.
Where does our stuff actually go?+
Donatable items: Goodwill, Habitat ReStore, Salvation Army, St. Vincent de Paul. Metals: licensed scrap recyclers. Electronics: certified e-waste processors. Construction debris: licensed C&D facilities (with weight tickets you keep). General trash: Phoenix municipal transfer station. We email a sort-summary report after every job.
