Full Kitchen Remodels
Layout overhauls, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and flooring — designed and built by one team. Includes 3D renderings before demo, a written critical-path schedule, and a single point of contact from contract to final cleaning.

Primary Bathroom & Spa Suites
Walk-in showers, freestanding tubs, double vanities, heated floors, and steam features. Tile and stone selections curated in our showroom from in-stock samples — what you touch is what gets installed, no “material substitution” surprises.

Cabinetry & Custom Storage
Semi-custom and fully custom cabinetry from US-made lines plus our own millwork shop for built-ins, banquettes, and pantry systems. Custom interior fittings (utensil dividers, knife blocks, pull-outs) included on every kitchen.

Design Consultations & 3D Renderings
Standalone paid design service if you want full plans and material specs to take to your own GC. Includes 3D photo-real renderings, full material schedule, scope-of-work, and a buildable budget range you can use to compare bids.

Fixed-Bid Pricing
Once selections are locked, we issue a single fixed-bid contract — not “time and materials” or vague allowances. Change orders happen only when you change your mind, and they’re priced and signed in writing before any work changes.
Our Crews, Not Subs You’ve Never Met
Our lead carpenters, tile installers, and project managers are W-2 employees who’ve been with us 5–18 years. Plumbing and electrical are licensed trade partners we’ve used for over a decade. You meet your project lead before you sign.
Real Schedules, Real Updates
Written week-by-week schedule with critical-path milestones. Daily site photos in your client portal. Friday weekly recap with “done this week / next week / decisions needed.” You won’t have to chase us for updates.

How much does a kitchen remodel cost?+
Light updates (paint, hardware, counters): $25–45K. Layout-preserving remodel with new cabinets and counters: $55–95K. Full layout change with new appliances and flooring: $95–180K. Estate-level or wall-removal projects go higher. We’ll give you a defensible range at consult based on your house and goals.
How long will my kitchen be out?+
Layout-preserving kitchen: 4–6 weeks of active construction after cabinets arrive. Full layout change with structural work: 8–12 weeks. Cabinet lead times typically run 6–10 weeks separate from the construction window. We give you a written schedule at contract signing.
Do I have to move out?+
Most clients stay in the home. Kitchen remodels mean you’ll have a temporary kitchen we set up (microwave, mini-fridge, hot plate area) typically in the dining room. Bath remodels mean using another bathroom in the house. We discuss the realities at the design phase so you can plan.
What happens if you find something behind the walls?+
We open up exploratory holes during design when possible to pre-identify structural, plumbing, or electrical surprises. Anything found after demo is documented with photos, priced as a written change order, and you approve before work continues. No “verbal extras.”
Do you do design only, or do I have to use you for construction?+
Both. We offer a standalone paid design package if you want full plans, 3D renderings, and a material schedule to take to another contractor. The design fee credits toward construction if you build with us — but you’re under no obligation.
