Diagnostics, brakes, batteries, and starters done in your driveway or the office lot, no tow needed.

Our labor rate is $125 an hour with a one hour minimum, and there is no separate trip charge inside Bakersfield. Diagnostics are $95, credited toward the repair if you have us do the work. Parts are quoted at the time of the estimate, and you can supply your own if you prefer, though the warranty then covers labor only. Outlying areas add a mileage fee quoted before booking.

Anything needing a lift, a press, or heavy machine work stays in a shop: transmission rebuilds, engine replacement, tire mounting and balancing, alignments, and most exhaust fabrication. We will tell you honestly when you need a shop instead of taking the diagnostic fee and leaving you where you started, and we can recommend one that will not oversell you.

A driveway, a parking space, or a flat spot on a street is enough. We need room to open a door and get a jack under one side safely, and level ground for anything involving fluids. Some apartment complexes and HOAs prohibit repairs in their lots, so check before you book. Office parking lots are usually fine and are where much of our weekday work happens.

Twelve months or twelve thousand miles on parts and labor for most repairs where we supplied the parts, whichever comes first. If a repair fails inside that window we come back to you at no charge. If you supplied the part yourself, we cover our labor but the part is on you, since we cannot control where it came from or how it was stored.

Yes, fleet work is a large part of what we do. We schedule maintenance at your yard, often in the evening so nothing misses a working day, and keep per-vehicle service records you can pull for compliance or resale. For fleets of more than a handful of vehicles we will set up a maintenance schedule by mileage and remind you when each one is due.
