The Reality
If your pet hates the vet, you’ve been here.
These are the situations we help Sacramento customers solve every week.
- →Your cat hides for two days every time you bring out the carrier
- →Your senior dog can’t handle the car ride or the waiting room anymore
- →You have multiple pets and a clinic visit means three trips and a full day
- →Your reactive dog can’t safely be in a waiting room with other animals
- →You moved here and don’t want to drive 35 minutes for a wellness exam
Our Services
What we do at your home.

Service · 01
Wellness Exams & Vaccines (At Home)
Annual and semi-annual exams, core vaccines (DAPP, rabies, Bordetella, FVRCP for cats), heartworm testing, parasite prevention. Most exams completed in 30–45 minutes in your home with the pet on familiar territory.

Service · 02
Sick Visits & Diagnostics
Same-day or next-day visits for active illness. In-home blood draws (results next-day from external lab), digital ear and eye exams, basic dermatology, and triage. For complex diagnostics requiring imaging or surgery, we coordinate referral to a trusted clinic partner.

Service · 03
Senior Pet & Mobility-Impaired Care
Wellness care for senior pets who can no longer easily travel, mobility-impaired pets who shouldn’t be moved, and recently-discharged surgical patients. Quality-of-life assessments, pain management, and ongoing monitoring done in your pet’s familiar environment.

Service · 04
End-of-Life & In-Home Euthanasia
In-home euthanasia conducted with compassion, on your pet’s favorite blanket or bed, with family present. Sedation first so the experience is peaceful. Aftercare coordination including private cremation through our trusted partner. Most families say this is exactly the right choice for their pet’s last day.
The Difference
Why Sacramento families switch to mobile vet — and stay.
Stress-Free for Your Pet
Most pets are calmer at home — no carrier fight, no car ride, no waiting room of barking strangers. Cats especially do dramatically better. Dr. Marsh has lower-stress exam techniques honed specifically for at-home visits.
AAHA-Trained Veterinary Medicine
Dr. Marsh trained at AAHA-accredited clinics for 12 years before going mobile. Mobile vet doesn’t mean lower-quality medicine — it means delivering the same standards of care to a different setting. Full medical records, full vaccine compliance, full diagnostics.
Time-Block Appointments
We give 45-minute arrival windows, not “sometime that morning.” You get a text 30 minutes before arrival. We don’t double-book; if Dr. Marsh runs over with the previous patient, the next client is notified immediately.
Honest Referral When Needed
Some cases need diagnostics or surgical capacity we can’t provide on the road. We tell you that, refer to a trusted clinic partner with shared records, and sometimes attend the visit with you. We don’t try to handle every case in the van.
Common Questions
You probably want to know.
How much does a mobile visit cost?+
Mobile visit fee: $85 (covers travel, setup, dispatch). Standard wellness exam: $95. Vaccines $35–$65 each. Sick visit + basic diagnostics: $185–$385. Most appointments total $185–$345 for healthy pets, more for complex cases. Long-term-care insurance and CareCredit accepted.
What's the service area?+
Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Davis, Elk Grove, Granite Bay, Citrus Heights — basically the I-80 corridor and surrounding suburbs. Outside this area: same-day if scheduling allows, with travel surcharge for outlying locations.
Can you do diagnostics at my house?+
Basic diagnostics yes — blood draws (results next-day), ear/eye exams, dermatology, urinalysis. Imaging (X-ray, ultrasound), surgery, dental cleanings — those need a clinic partner. We coordinate the referral with your full mobile records pre-shared so there’s no re-history-taking.
What about emergencies?+
We hold same-day emergency slots Monday–Saturday for active illness. After-hours and Sunday emergencies are referred to our trusted partner emergency clinic with mobile records pre-shared. We follow up with you the next morning to coordinate continuing care.
Do you do in-home euthanasia?+
Yes, with 48-hour scheduling. We sedate your pet first so the experience is peaceful and you can focus on saying goodbye. Cremation coordination available through our trusted partner. Many families have told us this was exactly the right choice — peaceful, dignified, and at home.
