The Reality
If you have had a vending machine before, you know the drill.
These are the situations we help Akron customers solve every week.
- →The old machine sat half empty for weeks and nobody from the company ever showed up
- →Your crew works second shift and there is nothing open near the building after six
- →The machine only took cash, so most people walked past it
- →Someone lost a dollar in it and now the whole break room has an opinion about vending
- →You want healthier options but the vendor only offers candy and full-sugar soda
Our Services
What we place and service.
Service · 01
Snack and Drink Machines
Combination and stand-alone machines sized to your headcount, with the planogram built from what your building buys rather than a stock list. Chips, bars, cold drinks, energy drinks, and water, restocked on a route schedule we agree on up front.
Service · 02
Micro-Markets for Larger Sites
An unattended self-checkout market with open shelving, a cooler, and a kiosk. Better selection than a machine, including fresh items and frozen meals, for buildings with the headcount and the security to support it.
Service · 03
Healthier and Dietary Options
Lower-sugar drinks, protein bars, nuts, jerky, and gluten-free items alongside the usual. Schools and clinics often have nutrition standards to meet, and we build the planogram to whatever list you have to satisfy.
Service · 04
Coffee and Break Room Service
Single-cup brewers, ground coffee service, cups, creamer, and stir sticks kept stocked on the same route visit. Keeps the break room running without a purchasing order every month.
Service · 05
Card, Tap, and Phone Payments
Every machine takes cards, tap, and phone wallets alongside cash. Card readers are monitored remotely, so a dead reader shows up on our dashboard instead of on a sticky note taped to the glass.

Repairs and Refunds We Handle
Jams, coolers, bill validators, and readers are our problem, not your facilities team's. A refund line is printed on every machine and the person calling it reaches us, not a call center in another state.
The Difference
Why Summit County buildings switch to Halltop.
The Route Is Real
We service on a fixed schedule and track sales per selection, so fast movers get more facings and slow ones get replaced. The complaint we hear most about the last vendor is that nobody came. Our drivers are in your building every week whether or not you called.
No Cost to the Location
We own the machines, we stock them, we insure them, and we service them. You supply the floor space and a standard outlet. Commission arrangements are available for high-traffic sites and are set in writing before installation.
The Planogram Follows the Building
A machine shop at shift change buys differently from a dental office. After the first month we rebuild the selection around actual sales data, and we will run a trial slot for anything your crew asks for.
Local Service, Not a Franchise Ticket System
We are based in Akron and run our own trucks. You get a phone number that reaches the person who services your machine, and repairs are on site within two business days.
Common Questions
You probably want to know.
What does it cost our company?+
Nothing. We provide the machines, the product, the insurance, and the service, and we are paid out of what the machines sell. You provide the space and a standard 110-volt outlet within reach. For high-traffic locations we also offer a commission on sales, which we put in writing before we install anything so there is no confusion later.
How many people do we need to qualify?+
As a rough guide we place a combination snack and drink machine at sites with about 40 or more people on site daily, and separate snack and drink machines above roughly 75. Micro-markets need around 150. Smaller sites are still worth a conversation, especially second-shift operations and buildings with no food within walking distance, since traffic patterns matter as much as headcount.
How often do you restock?+
Weekly for most locations, twice weekly for high-volume sites, and we adjust after the first month once we can see what actually sells. Our machines report sales remotely, so the driver arrives with the right product rather than guessing. If something popular sells out early, tell us and we will add facings for it on the next service visit.
What happens when a machine takes someone's money?+
There is a refund number printed on the front of every machine and it reaches our office, not an outsourced call center. We refund by cash on the next service visit or immediately by app, whichever the person prefers. Card transactions that failed to vend are reversed automatically. Repeated failures on one selection tell us the coil or the reader needs attention, and we come out.
Can we choose what goes in the machine?+
Yes. We start from a standard planogram for your type of building, then adjust it to your list. Schools and healthcare sites often have nutrition rules to meet, and we build to those. If your crew wants a specific drink or a local brand, we will run it in a trial slot and keep it if it moves. Anything that does not sell gets swapped rather than left to expire.
Get a machine that stays full.
Tell us the headcount, the shifts, and where the outlet is. We will walk the space, recommend a machine size, and put the terms in writing.
