The Work
What we clean.

— 01 · Residential
Residential Window Cleaning
Interior and exterior cleaning of every window in the home — frames, sills, screens, and tracks included as standard. Spot-free de-ionized water on exteriors, traditional squeegee on interiors. Floor protection at every interior window. Quarterly, biannual, or one-time scheduling — your choice.

— 02 · Multi-Story
Multi-Story & High-Rise Specialty
Rope-access and lift-supported window cleaning for buildings up to 8 stories. IWCA-certified rope technicians with full OSHA-compliant fall-protection. Required for shoreline homes with 24+ foot picture windows where ladder access isn't safe. Quarterly maintenance contracts available.

— 03 · Solar
Solar Panel & Skylight Cleaning
Water-fed pole cleaning of solar panels (most installs lose 8–18% output over 12 months from soiling — annual cleaning typically pays for itself). Interior and exterior skylight cleaning. Roof access, fall-protection, and panel-warranty-safe chemistry on every job.

— 04 · Post-Construction
Post-Construction & Pre-Listing Glass
Construction film, paint overspray, adhesive residue, and stucco haze removal. Pre-listing packages coordinated with your real estate agent's photography schedule. We protect your floor finishes and trim — we know what a $48K hardwood install looks like and we treat it that way.
Every crew member is trained to International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) standards. That covers chemistry (which products won't damage low-E coatings or anti-reflective films), technique (which scrapers can and can't be used on tempered glass), and safety. Most window cleaners are not IWCA-certified. We are, and the difference shows up in the work.

What sets us apart
Why Fairfield County's nicest homes call Crown.
01
IWCA-Certified Crew
Every crew member is trained to International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) standards. That covers chemistry (which products won't damage low-E coatings or anti-reflective films), technique (which scrapers can and can't be used on tempered glass), and safety. Most window cleaners are not IWCA-certified. We are, and the difference shows up in the work.
02
Quarterly Maintenance Plans
Most Fairfield County homes look best on a quarterly cadence — spring (post-pollen), summer, fall (post-leaf), and winter (post-storm-glaze). Quarterly contract clients get priority scheduling, 15% off per-visit pricing, and free spot-touch-ups between visits if a window gets fouled.
03
Floor & Furnishings Protection
Drop cloths, shoe covers, microfiber catchers under interior frames, and trained crews who know how to move drapery and Roman shades without leaving prints. Most damage from window cleaning happens to the floor, not the glass — we treat the inside of the home like the outside is incidental.
Frequently asked.
How much does window cleaning cost?+
Standard 8–12 window home: $245–$385 per visit. Larger homes (15–25 windows): $385–$580. Estate-size (30+ windows, multi-story): $580–$1,250. Quarterly contracts get 15% off. Solar panel array (per panel): $9–$14, minimum $185. Post-construction priced after walk-through.
How long does it take?+
Standard home: 2–3 hours, 2-person crew. Multi-story shoreline home: 4–6 hours. Most clients leave us a key and come home to clean windows — we lock up the way we found it. Same-day completion always.
How often should I have it done?+
Quarterly is the sweet spot for shoreline and tree-canopy homes (pollen, leaves, salt fog, storm spray). Biannual works for inland homes without heavy tree cover. Once a year is usually too long — most one-year clients move to biannual after their first cleaning shows them the difference.
Do you do screens, tracks, and sills?+
Yes — included in standard pricing, not an upcharge. Screens are removed, washed, dried, and re-installed. Tracks vacuumed and detailed. Sills wiped clean. Most "window cleaners" charge extra or skip these; we don't.
What about my low-E coatings or tinted glass?+
Our IWCA-trained crew knows which chemistry and which scrapers are safe for low-E, anti-reflective, and aftermarket window films. We test every job in an inconspicuous corner before scaling up. Manufacturer-warranty-safe on every glass type we encounter.
