AI 24/7 Support Line — $297/mo, 2,000 call minutes included

AI 24/7 Support Line.
The furnace quits at 11 at night. Somebody picks up on the first ring.

Most after-hours calls are not emergencies. They are a thermostat with a dead battery, a breaker that tripped, a filter nobody has changed since spring, a garage door off its track, a pool pump that lost its prime. Right now those calls go to voicemail, or to a service that takes a message and calls you at midnight, or they wait until Monday. Your AI 24/7 Support Line answers all of them on the first ring, walks your customer through the fix while they are standing right there, and books a truck only when it is really a truck problem. No hold. No runaround. No four-hour window for something that took four minutes on the phone.

$297/mo — no contract

Plus $497 one-time setup — she is built around your equipment and your calls before she goes live.

What she does on the call

  • Answers on the first ring — nights, weekends, holidays, and the middle of a busy Tuesday when nobody in the office can get to the phone.
  • Asks the plain questions first: what is it doing, when did it start, what changed.
  • Walks the customer through the fixes you would walk them through yourself — the reset, the breaker, the filter, the battery, the pilot light, the shutoff.
  • Tells the customer straight when it is not something they should touch, and gets a person on it.
  • Books the appointment on the schedule you already use, with notes the tech can read before he loads the truck.
  • Takes the new-customer call too, not just the service call.
  • Sends you the call and what came of it, so nothing sits in a voicemail box nobody checks.
  • Speaks Spanish when the caller does.

What she never does

She never makes a promise you did not make. No pricing you did not give her, no arrival time you cannot hit, no guess about what is wrong with a machine she cannot see. Anything where a wrong step lowers somebody's safety — gas, a panel, water at an outlet, a smell of burning — she stops walking the fix and gets a person on it. A real emergency goes to whoever you tell us it goes to, immediately, with the whole call already written up. And she books the truck when it is a truck problem, without the four calls it usually takes to get there. You decide all of this: what she handles on her own, what she hands to a person, and what she never says. That is the setup sheet, and it takes about an hour of your time.

What she handles, trade by trade

She is built around your business, not a generic script. These are the calls owners in each trade tell us eat their nights.

Your tradeThe after-hours calls she takes first
HVACNo heat or no cool, thermostat blank or dead batteries, tripped breaker, clogged filter, frozen coil, condensate float switch, outdoor unit iced over.
PlumbingWhere the main shutoff is and how to close it, a running toilet, a slow drain, a water heater pilot, no hot water, a leak that needs a truck tonight instead of a tip on the phone.
ElectricalA breaker that keeps tripping, a dead outlet that is really a tripped GFCI, half the house out, a burning smell — and which of those she hands to a person immediately.
Garage doorsDoor will not close, safety sensors out of alignment, remote batteries, the emergency release and how to get the car out tonight, a broken spring that is a truck call, not a phone call.
Appliance repairWasher that will not drain, dryer with no heat, fridge that stopped cooling, dishwasher error codes, the reset sequence by brand and model.
Pool servicePump lost its prime, cloudy or green water, a filter that needs backwashing, a heater that will not fire, equipment that should be shut off until morning.
Pest controlWhat they are actually seeing, whether it can wait for the next route day, what to do in the meantime, and when it is urgent enough to move the schedule.
LocksmithsLocked out and where they are standing, a key that turns but will not open, a deadbolt that will not throw, a keypad lock with a dead battery — and how fast somebody is coming.
IT and computer repairWill not power on, no internet, a printer that stopped, an account nobody can get into, the restart-and-reseat steps before anyone drives anywhere.
Property managementA tenant with no heat, no water, or a lock they cannot work; what is an emergency tonight and what is a work order in the morning; who gets called either way.

What this does for your business

Your customer gets helped, not parked

First ring, a real conversation, and most of the time the thing is working again before the call ends. Nobody leaves a message into the dark and wonders whether you got it.

The trips you take are the trips worth taking

A dead thermostat battery is not worth a slot on tomorrow's board. She sorts the four-minute fixes from the real work, so the truck goes out for the real work.

Your phone stops going off at midnight

An answering service takes a message and hands you the problem. She handles the problem, and you read what happened in the morning — unless it is the kind of call you told her to wake you for.

One flat monthly price, all of it

$297 a month, every call, nights and weekends included. No contract, no per-call charge, no minimum term. The only other number is the $497 setup, once, because she is built around your equipment and your calls before she goes live.

How it works

1

You tell her how your business runs

One sheet: what you service, the brands you work on, the ten calls that eat your nights, how you want emergencies handled, and who they go to. About an hour of your time.

2

We build her and you try to stump her

We stand her up on your business and give you a private number to call. Be your own worst customer. Change anything you do not like. She goes live only when you say go.

3

You forward your after-hours calls

Forward the number you already give out, or use a new one we set up. From then on the calls get answered on the first ring and you get the write-up.

What's included

  • Every call answered on the first ring, 24 hours a day, including nights, weekends and holidays

  • Real emergencies escalated to the person you name, immediately, with the call already written up
  • Appointments booked with notes the tech can read before he loads the truck
  • New-customer calls handled too, not just service calls
  • Spanish when the caller speaks it
  • 2,000 call minutes a month included — $0.25 a minute past that, and most businesses never get there

Common questions

Does she actually fix things, or just take a message?+

She walks the fix. If the thermostat is blank she gets the batteries changed. If half the house is out she finds the tripped breaker. If the garage door will not close she checks the safety sensors. Most after-hours calls in these trades are a short list of the same problems, and that list is what she is built on. When it is not one of those, she books the truck.

How does she know she is not making something worse?+

Because you draw the line, not us. On the setup sheet you mark everything she is never allowed to walk someone through — gas, a panel, anything with water near power, anything you want a licensed person on. On those she stops, says so plainly, and gets a person on it. For anything in between you can require a verbal passcode before she gives a single step.

What happens on a real emergency?+

She recognizes it, stops troubleshooting, and does exactly what you told her to do with it — call your on-call tech, transfer to your cell, or both — with the whole call already summarized so nobody has to ask the customer to start over.

Do I have to change my phone number?+

No. You forward the number you already give out, either all the time or only after hours. If you would rather have a separate number for this, we set one up.

What does the customer hear when they call?+

Your business name, answered like your best office person answers it. Even, unhurried, no hold music, no menu to press through.

What if she cannot answer something?+

She says so instead of guessing, and gets it to a person or onto the schedule. She never invents a price, an arrival time, or a diagnosis.

How long until she is answering?+

Five business days from the time we get your setup answers. She is built by hand around your business, and you get a private number to test her before she takes a single real call.

What is the setup fee for?+

$497 one time, on your first invoice. That is the build: she is put together around your equipment and your calls — the brands you service, the fixes you walk people through, what she is never allowed to touch, and who gets woken up for a real emergency — and you test her on a private number before she takes a single real call. After that it is $297 a month, no contract.

Who is behind this?+

Thad Paschall, who spent 23 years building Protect America to over $600 million in revenue, top 15 on the SDM 100 for over a decade, created the first successful self-install program in the industry, and sold it. He sets up every line himself.
