How do I cancel?
One click in your dashboard. No phone calls, no retention specialist, no exit survey. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your dashboard remains accessible until that date so you can export everything you need.
Do you offer refunds?
If something goes wrong on our end during the 5-business-day launch and we cannot deliver a working site, you get a full refund — no questions. After launch, plans are month-to-month with no setup fees, so cancelling stops future charges. We do not refund prior months because the platform was already running.
